here is video of me and Grady at WGI in August 2012 (worst DE I have ever been to run by PCA-NE). I did a 2:05 -- skip ahead to 5:00 and then that lap starts. Yes, curb hopping is the fast way around

Just out of curiosity, what made the event the "worst DE I have ever been to run by PCA-NE"? Also, wondering why the one hand driving in the corners? Never seen that before. Genuinely curious---not trying to be an a-hole.....

He's new to this whole DE thing. Never got proper instructors and made it solo somehow
my seat is too big and I get tired holding myself up so I lean on the gearshift. Learned that driving the ovals in VA and NC chasing Denny Hamlin (or getting lapped by Denny). You see in NASCAR we only turned left so you never needed to pull the wheel to the right... Yes, I have done a few PCA instructed sessions with a PCA "instructor" in the right seat where I did hold both hands on the wheel as they "instructed". Apparently they were sufficiently impressed to promote me to RED run group and were kind enough to point me by in the next session. Having seen my videos, they refuse to allow me into their "instructor" program. What a shocker But, hey, no problem, as PCA is for beginners.
Real men do David Murry, PBOC, Chin and MVP.
