Finally blew that dreaded cooling line at Thunderhill and we couldn't reach it so all new hoses, fittings welded and new water pump. Also had blown left rear damper so swapped out and put in JRZ's I had from when I bought car.

When Dan built it he did all suspension but left stock dampers in initially.
Oh yes, and stock exhaust back in for the sound ****'s

BTW - Looking for cup wheels for 996 center lock if anyone happens to have a set laying around, getting harder to find!

Hi Eric, Tire service should be available. Either will have a mobile tire truck there or you can give your wheels/tires to our sponsor Friday night to take back to his facility and return on Saturday. And if all that does not work out there is a place in town (10 min away) that can do it.

Please make this event the same time next year and I'm in for sure. Going to NASA nationals at Miller and would leave car there until this event. Takes time to make a good event. My car is too unreliable right now to drive across the street, not leaving Atlanta until I get it running right. In fact got it from the shop last Wednesday, just sent it back yesterday. Story of my summer.

Man ... sounds painful and hope you get everything sorted out soon. I highly doubt there will be another event next year if we have poor turn out this year. savyboy has to commit couple thousands of his own money to secure the event. I doubt anyone will want to do this if you lose money.

I agree, I wouldn't expect him to do it again if people don't support it. But in all fairness it was pretty short notice especially with the date changes. That makes it tough for the east coasters to make it. A solid date early in the year would allow us to arrange arrive and drive and clear schedules. Plus isn't this in same weekend as big POC event?

I truly hope it sorks out so he will do it again. But more planning will surely result in a bigger event.
