Default dummy seat belt

used a 6 pt harness in my GT2 seats and had the seat belt beeping noise from noit wearing the lap belt (on the track). Is the solution a dummy buckle that fits in the lap seat belt slot(male). Where can you get these?
I dont want to monkey with the PCM. I tried the search but got hits on harness install/belts, etc.

Thanks.

Yes that is the solution. Usually a trip to a wrecking yard to take one out of a VW or another brand with a similar male buckle. I think I used a BMW one but had to file it down a bit as it was a bit wide....

I swing the regular belt behind the seat and then plug it in. Works perfectly.

I asked my service adviser and they gave me one from the shop.

You can also buy them on e-bay or Amazon as you discovered.

As others hav said just wrap belt around back of seat. Done. This way there is no loose belt moving around just behind your left shoulder.

You can also buy the little gadget but i never saw the point.

With my RS, the warning bell cuts off after about 15 seconds on the track. No need to replace or move anything. Allan
