How about GMG primes the pump so to speak, buys the pieces, welds the fittings, makes a few sets of the parts, we purchase and send you our parts back as a core for $$ back!

Something like this would be a great idea.

I saw AWD Motorsports sells the weld in fittings for $185 for the set. We'd just need to invest in few sets of the cast parts to get the system moving. I have a very good welder on my end that we could get this started... Anyone have part numbers for the associated castings to do this? I'm assuming that all parts can come out without dropping the engine, as someone did a pinning job without dropping the engine...

I would be interested in something like this also. Am planning on getting pinned or welded this winter but this seems a good way.

I saw one guy who did the pin job with the engine still in the car, said it took about 4-5 hours with R&R of powersteering pump, drilling tapping and cleanup...

Removing the engine for welding would be more...

Guys

Please email directly for quotes.

Prices vary based on the amount of corrosion and the condition of the aluminum.

Generally we can save the pipes and there is NO need to buy additional parts.

We prep everything- ultrasonic clean the aluminum and do the welding in house.

Happy to help- just email me fabryce@gmgracing.com
