Prices are a little higher in this market, but Porsche BH gets some of the nicest, cleanest, low mile, no issues, impeccable trade-ins I've seen anywhere in the continental US. Very common to see very lightly used desirable spec'd cars here get traded in at a whim. This place has also taken great care of a lot of my surgeon colleagues in the area. Sometimes there is a price you pay for the extra convenience and piece of mind. I'm looking forward to my move to Bev Hills as well permanently in a few months and doing business here as a local.
Beautiful GT3, it won't last long.

Guys, the price doesn't seem that absurd to me. Don't we have a forum member asking the same price for a car with 15k miles?
It seems like the market is pretty dry right now with the weather still being nice and people still driving their cars around. So I don't think the price is that far out.
I don't know if the car has any stories or anything but for a clean, no story, no over revs, decent miles car I think it's right around where the market is (or maybe asking a few k$ extra). Although it seems like moving a black car is just much more difficult compared to some more favorable colors...

My 2010 has the axle lift, dynamic mounts, PCCB, no wart, Sharkwerks exhaust. Am absolutely staggered by the asking price for this car.
