the order number for alcantara inserts in porsche color charcoal grey is GT31080. yes, even tho the part # has GT3 in it, the item is for GT2 seats. i confirmed. $299 shipped. embroidery ("GT2 / 3") on the headrests is $45 per pair.
Awesome. That's a great price. I wonder why my inquiries were ignored last year...???

I just spoke to him and told him that e-mails that I'd sent to the sales e-mail addy weren't being returned. Hopefully he'll get that taken care of.

You may have to be patient and it can take some time to receive them, but they are well made and an exact color match, as they are made of the original OEM genuine Alcantara, with the correct upholstery grade, fire resistant backed version, with all the correctly sized velcro in the same places. They stitch in a thin foam backing on the backside which I would cut out and remove from the butt section as it lays down and holds position better, or you can just ask they not add it as I don't believe the OEM cushions have any either. When I did that I was a nice surprise to see the logo 'ALCANTARA' stamped on the backside of the fabric.

Hi folks, glad to hear all the interest. Not sure how we missed some inquiries but will make sure we fix that. Our main business is hospital mattresses but our custom shop made a set for my seats and when I showed them to some PCA buddies they said I should sell them. PM me for a brochure.

Ted, I left you a voicemail earlier today. Can you make them in sand beige to match my interior?

Do these seats adjust back, Lean?

Also do they move Up?

Then why not just fixed seats at 1/2 the cost... I agree on how sexy they are but still. I want these too. Just trying not to get back into a fixed seat.

two reasons for me:

1) OEM
2) airbags: I still drive my car on the street. No rollcage.

I had two reasons to spec these when I ordered the car

I am 6' 5" and 240lb and these seats give extra width making long days at the track comfortable but the biggest benefit was that the squab/base is removable which allows my head in helmet not to hit the roof

I had a small alcantara pad made to replace the factory one for track days but truth be known my own padding is sufficient

Air bags a bonus as well, hopefully never needed but the tilt forward option does make climbing into the back through the cage acheivable (if I really have to - kids never clean the rear window properly from the inside.

You will really enjoy these

If thorax airbags are not important to you than there are LOTS of cheaper options new as well as used to pick from. Try them out much like fitting a helmet to your unique head shape.
