Default Part# RS.1 rocker cover, or does .2 fit?

I know it's here somewhere but I can't find it. Does anyone have part numbers and approx. price for the black plastic rocker panel covers for a .1 RS? I did read that .2 covers fit, curious if they do and what it get you, can't tell in pics. Thanks listers.

If by rocker panel you're referring to the long black plastic piece in between the wheel wells along the length of the vehicle, yes they are compatible.

.1 RS rockers are "tucked into" the bottom of the car wheras they have a notable protrusion in .2. Search pictures of .1 vs .2 cars and it'll be immediately obvious.

I've replaced mine on the .1 and many others have been seen doing the same with no problems.

997.2 RS: 997.504.981.00 (L) / 997.504.982.00 (L)

997.1 RS: 997.504.363.80 (L) / 997.504.364.00 (L)

I don't have the latest pricing but I remember the pair of L+R costed me less than $400 a couple years ago.

The painted sill covers (option code IXAJ) cost 548,70EUR each.
The prime coated ones for the RS (superseded to satin black ) cost 309,73 EUR each.

Best

I think the ones on the GT3RS.2 are the same as the GT2 version, which Suncoast sells for something like $650.00. They do fit on the GT3RS.1

Ordered the black .2 RS ones, they are no longer a couple hundred dollars each. The .1 RS versions are the same as on the Turbo per my dealer. There are part numbers for each version in primer and black, be sure to get the correct ones, almost ordered wrong. I'll confirm when they arrive.

I need a new set for .2. Broke both of mine with my jack. Did you find a better deal then the $750 Suncoast wants?

I found a little better thru a dealer buddy, but $750 is otherwise the best I saw. Clips are re-useable.

hate all these expensive plastic POS under the cars. I already broke one on the white RS. Not going to fix it, will just break again.

And just lost probably my 7th rear brake duct from the GT3 at NJMP. These must be replace for cooling.
