I plugged my Corsa's ... what I am taking about is the ability of an arbitrary tire shop to take the CL's off, mount and balance a tire, and then the ALL IMPORTANT PART, reinstall the wheel and CL as per the factory instructions ...

you may use a local tire shop, you will just have to take the wheels/tires to them, not the car. they will likely still do ****ty job balancing and scratch your wheels like they did mine.

Nor is it Sharkwerks or FVD (Brombacher) ... dont think its cargraphic either...
any chance you can post a closer picture of the area above/behind the tips? - how much are they rolled? - they look aftermarket but its hard to tell...
looks like there is something going on back there ... also are there side mufflers installed, bypasses, do you still have the sport valves operational?
