Nope, they are willing to offer 135K right away. Unfortunately that does not cover the gap for me completely if I am to get into the 4.0 - I am looking into selling the M5 as well to cover it but not entirely sure about that.

New price: 140K. This is the minimum I need in order to actually be able to replace it with the 4.0. I removed the listing which had it listed at 148K but 140K is my bare minimum because otherwise I cannot get the 4.0 and would rather just keep the car.
