Hi all Porsche experts:
How do u know if the caliper is new or 2nd hand(washed) after installation?

 

No easy way, other than the going by the shade of the paint (heat turns red to brown and yellow to a deeper shade). Also look for paint chips around the front caliper central bolt (bolt gets removed at every pad change--hence paint chips are common).
