Default HANS: sport 2 vs. pro

What do you guys like?

Is Pro worth the extra $300?

D -

Go with the Pro. Lighter and the carbon looks cooler too.

Go with the pro, it is much lighter, I really like wearing the hans. It really secures you in the seat. I won't run without it now.

The guys from Stand 21 set me up and they said they sell the pro probably 3 to 1.

The thing I can't explain about the weight is this. The hans is on your shoulders, you tighten the belts to lock yourself into the seat and become one with the seat. There is much more pressure now on shoulders with the belts, which is far greater than any weight on your shoulders from either hans.

So why is the pro better?? I am not sure but I sure like it.

t21 sells 3k helmets stands to reason those customers buy the best.

I'm sticking to the sport, can't imagine I'd feel the difference driving all strapped in.
Then again I also buy $300 bell helmets...
