1. Define Heavily tracked based on your knowledge?
2. Based on your knowledge, how many 2007/2008 GT3 RS came with stability control?
Lots of miles in my opinion is a car driven 20,000 miles a year or more, this car has been driven 6,000 miles/year, which is nothing.
My Coxster has 42,000 miles and it is pristine, I have seen this 38,000 miles car and it is pristine as well. Car wash, waxing, and the car would look amazing.
The car is priced way below market, the upgrades would cost more than $15k alone. A low miles (less than 10,000 miles) 2007 GT3 RS with no track time would run another $20k over this car, then you need to modify it if you intend to track it, moving the gap to $35k over this car.
Anyone interested in this car would pay for a PPI and a leakdown, and make an offer.
Check the price of a 1998 Carrera 2S (a wide body 2WD 911) with 38,000 miles and find out price, makes this 10 years newer car look like a better deal, and it is a better deal.

thanks for the kind words gentlemen. I figured anyone that wants it as a street car only can still sell the parts off for at least $9K or so. KW's used should bring minimum of $2500, Clubsport roll bar $2K, Euro GT3 seats with Alcantara inserts $2500, 2 sets of trackrims $2500.00. They would be getting stock car for $76K, pretty good deal

I have a friend in Europe that has a 996 GT3 with 110,000 miles and more than half are track miles.....still going strong! Still improving his lap times! Relatively speaking, Erik's car is still a teenager.
