dude - that is seriously great mpg. wtf, my POS gets about 13 (but SF traffic being the caveat)
update- now have passed engine break in period and am driving like a total ****. car accelerates on a ridiculous level whilst merging via onramp to freeway. and I'm pulling 20-22mpg on my commute. really in love with this car! maybe in a few years my garage will have another 2008 or 2010 GT3RS- not interested in the 991 at all with the fake manual gearbox. if anyone lives in the LA area and has questions about the car hit me up.
thanks for all the replies on the thread. I might do one track day this winter just to see how it REALLY handles, but for now I'm just enjoying the hell out of it as a DD.

What an awesome car! It's like an R8 on steroids!
I saw one at the track last month - very cool car. I lapped it in my Cayman R, but the owner wasn't really pushing the McLaren at all. I think there is supposed to be another one at the track Sunday. It's good to see them driven as intended!

-that's when it gets awkward, i just say "just the mclaren"-
keep in mind this is typically while I'm actually driving, so at stop lights, in traffic etc.
