Once warranty dries up in a 997.1 expect to resale price to reflect it.
A 997.2 with warranty can be worth the 10k premium over a 997.1

+1, i had offered them 90k, this was thier email to me:
"Thanks for the offer, have turned down 98K and 100K, this is a perfect car, zero race time CPO Warranty in the rarest color, 1st.new tires just installed 10K in additional factory options, has nav and A/C takes 105K"
and they still took out the better seats. fail.

^^^ ya silver with orange right. I don’t mind that someone wants to make a living selling used Porsches, but when the delta is 32k (I had called and they told me 117k at first) and they had removed the original seats and did little to no maintenance… man what’s a guy to do. I’m at the point that I don’t want a P-car or any other type of “fun” car anymore just trying to deal with some people.
