Default Thoughts on this .1 GT3

This 07 GT3 has been for sale for 3.5 months. It is priced about as low as any that I've seen, especially given the mileage. I am wondering if I am missing something, why has no one picked it up yet? PCCB and chrono turning off buyers?

I realize seller is around these parts so if you have comments you'd rather not post, pls PM me with them.

I think this is a relatively fair priced car. 75k or so is about the median fair price for clean 7.1's right now. They go quick in the low 70's and sit at the high 70's.

3.5 months in nothing, especially if it isn't marketed with any sort of enthusiasm

The car is easily worth high 70's to 80K, especially with the low miles and CPO.

great car, and a little warranty remaining.

id say he is dead on for asking price.

70k would steal this car.

id say the only reason why the car is sitting so long is due to the giltz and glam of the 997.2...... people just plain want em' more so than 997.1.

id love to have this car for 70k
