the way I read this, to me, means that they are not stiff enough for the added performance requirements of pccb.

Yes that has me a little concerned...not sure what they are stating. I've seen the 19" version on PCCB cars at the track...maybe someone in marketing is misunderstanding the caliper size of PCCB due to wrong information.

what added performance? I thought the idea of PCCB was just weight savings

pccb a is much better braking system in terms of performance than steel. not just weight savings. more stopping force.

I've driven PCCB on track before. I couldn't tell the difference. I thought they were just lighter and ran cooler and allegedly were "supposed" to last longer.

Is this true or just internet myth? My perception of the PCCB is the added performance is not because it is a better designed braking system but a lighter system reducing the rotating mass of the car thus making it a better performer due simply to the the saved weight.

I have heard some rumors of a better braking system coming out for our cars that is going to be damn impressive when it does. All you DE Cheaters will be jumping on it!

Did you actually "check" that picture?

It looks like a car with 21" rims and a 330mm front brake disk
