PJ,
Just speaking from a road racing motorcycle reference on the track:
Running a slightly colder plug was helpful on the track however, if you tried to run on street it would load up quickly. Since your race worthy RS is not street driven anymore you may see some benefit.

well there's oem bosch and then there's "oem that comes in a nice porsche box". the oem bosch is much much less.

If you are still putting in some street miles best to stay with OEM. Especially if they also run good at the track.

like i said, cooler heat range for track but if you are street driving keep it original equipment.
