The white/orange GMG car is only car that can (maybe) get away with orange. All others need clear. My dealer did it for me but I think it is cheap.

OP - I fight with the same. Love having a clean car, but impossible to keep pristine if we keep tracking it! Glad to know I'm not the only one. My car was much happier at the track then sitting inside a garage looking all pretty.

Mother's has a track tar streak removal liquid that works great. I follow that with a micorfiber towel and some Meguire's wax polish on each little tar streak that is left--one at a time. This doesn't take more than 20 minutes. This takes the tar streak right off, and over time, if you do it after each track event, ends up putting wax right where you tend to get the most streaks, and they come off even easier next time.
That's Mothers R3 (Race Rubber Remover), great stuff. Why not use Mothers wax too? They are much more involved in racing than Meguiars (that I know of). Meguiars is owned by 3M these days.
