Help: Throttle hiccup on 997.1 GT3RS
Dear all,
My car developed a "hiccup" with the throttle. When I drive the car and step on the throttle, it would suddenly completely lose throttle response meaning that even if I step on it more, there will be zero response to the car. I have to lift off then step on the throttle again and it would be normal. I can't seem to be able to replicate it but it happens randomly. No error codes were found on the ECU.. Any idea what is wrong with the car?
Thanks in advance for any input.

Could be the throttle pedal itself, I had it replaced once already. When it started happening again (it gets progressively worse until you only have half power) it just unplugged the battery, waited couple of minutes and then plugged battery back on. This will reset the computer and problem fixed, at least temporarily.

Three Wheelin'
This sounds similar to the problem I had with my 2012 Cayman R.

As stupid as the cause sounds, the fix was an inexpensive part. I hope that's it; there's nothing more frustrating than having one of these cars run crappy, especially when you know what it is supposed to run like.
