Screwing people out of money is a great way to make a living. And most often these crooks have more than one hustle.

hmmmm....I've had good luck with them. I've used both the magnetic numbers and the reusable ones on my 996tt and GT3 respectively. All were excellent quality and shipped on time.

Blair did the same thing to me. After they didn't arrive a month later, he apologized and said he would overnight them. That was 9 months ago with no returned correspondence. The guy is a total piece of s%$!
It's not worth my time to try to recover $70. I moved on.

Same experience with Blair- ordered and crickets, called, left messages, emails all went unreturned. Just skip this vendor. I now use magnagrafik.com great service and superior product.

autocrossnumbers.com is a joke with the worst customer service ever. I wish I saw this post prior to placing an order.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago and nothing came, no contact from emails, voice mails, etc. Of course, when I disputed the order in PayPal, they refund my money within the hour. What a bunch of DHs.

Oh well, off to VIR with blue tape.

I had an order placed and after several emails and nothing back I sent a final email canceling my order. Blair responded finally with "we were just about to send them, but ok." What a joke!

This Blair guy isn't in Texas is he? We have a guy here by that name that may sell numbers. If it is him, I can put the pressure on locally.

Just looked up his website. Yup - same guy. He shoots the photos for The Drivers Edge events. I won't be at one of their events til mid-May but will put the word out.

My advice: find a local sign shop. I pay I think about $10 a set of 3 or 4 #'s from a local guy. They're simple, just numbers, but look better than blue tape.

If it's the same photog that shoots at MSR Cresson, then at least he's consistent. I ordered a photo from an event 18 months ago. Never got anything. I emailed and even spoke to him in person. Nothing. At least it was only $20 or so. If there's lots of us, this guy may be laughing it up on his yacht courtesy of us.

This forum gets more attention than I imagined. This thread made it's way to Blair's desktop, and he was able to find my information as my screen name is the same as an email I used to purchase. He just called me and made good on our transaction. For other folks in this thread, try reaching out to him again to try to resolve your issue.

Hi,

Had no idea this thread existed til a couple hours ago. We are a small 2-3 employee business that obviously can't make everyone happy. It isn't for lack of trying, or any ill motive. I'm sure everyone has been involved where it's impossible to make someone happy.

If anyone wants to PM or email or call (our number will be on your receipt) so I can follow up and straighten things out (have already with a couple that's posted here), I'd be happy to.

Thank you! - blair
