Might go to California by myself next year, go chase Mooty, CarreraGt and the rest.

You guys are going to have to do this again. I will come down for sure. Well, after Orbit sources a few parts I need for the new setup.

Is a side muffler delete quieter than side mufflers + sharky when valves open?

Do you have to do a tune when you delete them?

yes it is. Tune not necessary as you keep the stock headers.

Side muffler delete sounds like a win-win....there's gotta be a catch, right? What's the downside?

some systems loose a small bit of power down low - slightly less backpressure -

loss of switchable sound - no more sport flaps - single sound no longer controlable on the street, which from the guys above id say is very drivable and managable on the road. I imagine like any street drive if you want to keep the sound down just keep your foot out of it

In my personal opinion Id say the good out weighs the bad and I am all aboard on a side bypass delete winwin
