Grady likes to run with the computer traction control stuff in the "ON" position. I keep telling him to turn it off. The computer cuts in all the time on him and knocks his car around.

The first video in this thread is not jenks driving, it is some dude in a 996 stripper thing.
I am in Black, Grady in White, Jenks in dark grey.
Jenk's video only goes up to 4ish minutes (everyone getting BF'ed for noise).
Ryan, which video are you referring to, please?

Came to the party late here and trying to catch up. Refer to first video, so whoever was droving nice catch. Are you sure you were droving the black car in that session? It stayed on track the whole time, and the backend rarely got loose?

I think you can see me jump the curb in 3 leaving a little poof of red dust for the guys following me.
But, no, not much buzzing the tires [as much] anymore. Trying a new system on the Hooters, trying to imitate Gavin's running them till they cord by getting them to wear evenly (flipping on the rim after every 2 or 3 days, switch left-right everyday), running suspension soft setting. Gavin has over 60 heat cycles on his Hooters. When we were at Sebring he was on same tires he mounted last APRIL - and he AND his fiance run the car at DE's.
Mine have over 20 heat cycles on them now and I ran a 1:33 at RA. Wear rings are still even. And these are still better than any R-street tire. "Slow down to go fast." Seems to be working.
I doubt I will get 60 cycles but I know 30 is possible, maybe more.

Left the others in Palm Beach, keeping them there until end of April most likely.
Thinking of a 997S for daily driver and these slow local PCA events. Been looking all over the internet trying to find right car.
Maybe get an 2010/11 RS. Maybe... If I get an RS, car I barrow a set of BBS wheels from you (BBS takes at least a month)???
Still got 2 weeks to get something.

I agree, I got 24 HC from v710's and wasn't close to cording them yet. They failed in the sidewalls due to me running a couple sessions at 19 lbs psi.
I'm on HC 15 on A6's and personal bested at 13 (at my home track no less), still have plenty of life left!!!
60 HC?????!!!!!!!! I cant see that happening though.
