Default Arai Retailer in New Jersey

Having trouble locating a local retailer for Arai helmets. Can someone recommend a local shop in NJ that carries their products? I don't mind paying a bit more than internet prices but would like to try one just to make sure it fits right.

The Arai website has a Dealer finder pull-down. It lists 12-14 dealers in NJ.

They're all cycle shops -- some have closed. I can probably just try on Arai motorcycle helmets for fit/sizing and order a GP-6.

No, Arai motorcycle helmets and SA helmets size very differently.

I was looking pretty hard for a GP-6 last year, and it seemed they just weren't available anywhere. I think Apex Performance received a few and sold out almost right away. Has the supply of GP-6 helmets gotten any better this year?

Checked our inventory records for the last 14 months and I didn't see any real supply issues on the GP6. But you have to understand that we stock about 500 helmets at any given time and aren't affected by the supply issues that some sellers are.

I was about to say the same thing- GP-6 seems to be readily available from a lot of sellers. GP-6RC on the other hand is always in short supply since they are effectively made when ordered. I waited 1 month for my RC but the regular GP-6 wasn't an issue. If in doubt, also check out Speedware Motorsports for Arai since they seem to always have a huge supply as a warehouse distributor.
