2:27 and change is still very quick for a street car at Road America. Not too far from a Grand Am CTSCC GS lap time.

At the 2011 SCCA RunOff in T1 class (The SCCA Club Racing National Championship), the fastest lap was a 2:22, with most of the field lapping in 23s. They run on A6 or R6, and T1 cars are faster than Aero Beetles in street trim.

Rad there is also a mclaren here. 1st his driver side door wouldn't stay closed. Awesome customer service though as mclaren sends 2 guys to fix issue. He finally gets out then car over heats in 3 laps

that is not good - and hard to believe with all their testing - but never buy the first model year of anything - toaster or mclaren
