The prettiest Porsche I ever had was a 997.1 GT3 RS in Orange, it still is the best looking GT3 ever made. The most I would get at any place I parked is the typical nice car from the kids and few adults.

The Fiat is in another league on this department. From College girls trying to pull me over, to Soccer moms recording videos with their iphones, the common "wanna trade", "that's hot", "can I take a picture?". Driving in Hollywood Boulevard (L.A.) at 8:00pm on a Saturday is a guaranteed 50+ pictures taken. Toddlers pointing at the Fiat. Every stop at a gas station is a conversation guaranteed. Beauty can't be denied.

The RR is junk to ride and not much to look at. One of the poseur members of our Ducati group had one... Spend 5 minutes on one and you'll quickly fall out of love.

Last Friday at the National Raceday I was lapped a few times by a 458 GT3 (some say GT2, who can police these things...)car. I was in the touring car group. Someone in their eternal wisdom put us all on the same grid. Made for some excitement (like trying to NOT crash into a Mosler)

If the road car sounds anything like the GT car at full tilt, then for no other reason than the exhaust note it is the greatest car ever made.

This must explain the horrible resale. A good revalving of the Ohlins and different springs should fix it for street use.

Mooty

My photographer aka my 10 year old son is fairly busy with private school, little league, and texting with his friends. I have asked him to shoot some pics over the weekend.

Have car for 4 days and have driven 700 miles...best car I have owned period the end!!!!

Will be interesting to see how she does with track duty!!!

Sorry but that isn't a D16 Desmo - it's a Monster.
