I have a 2008 GT3 with a Moll battery Porsche part # 999.611.070.00.

Does anybody know the Intersate or DieHard equivalent that is the same outward dimensions? Need asap.

I replaced mine with the Interstate MTP-91 in my 2007 GT3, a direct replacement as well.

The correct battery for the 997.1 GT3 according to Interstate is MTP-48/H6.
I spoke with the Interstate people and they told me that the MTP-91 will work but this battery will need a vent kit and it isn't a DIN spec battery. It's a USA spec battery and there are some internal differences. The price difference is twenty eight dollars.

I paid 150 for mine. I think the list price is around 165 but don't quote me on that.

Well my OEM battery just expired at the 5yr mark.....time to get a Interstate. I will leave my hood unlatched until then. Thanks for the correct part number.
