Grady did too much all at once to his car and was chasing setup all weekend.
Plus he installed a seat that did not at all fit him and could not be positioned right. He was trying to start over backing up to go faster, Hungover in that video for sure ;-)

I have seen him go through T17 faster than anyone else when the car was bone stock. Brakes later than anyone else, don't knw what he was doing going into T17 but looked nothing like what he was doing before.

He's on MPSC.

The car is for sale, I think going back to stock this weekend, Grady bought an RS I believe pending sale of his GT3:

He sent an e-mail offering his car:

***Sold***
$140+ MSRP painted seats center console, red stitching everywhere and lots of other stuff.

Front toe and rear toe steer kit

Ahhh, so this is the one they are still talking about at the track.
Not the first time someone has wiped out a corner worker stand.

Once I hit my goal.....I park the car, start uploading video, dirnk beer, and see how long it takes Trakcar to drive to meet me for a battle

I'll take any advise you can give me on fixing what I do.

I truely love Roebling, its has taught me a lot about car control.......and yes I have spun there.....a few times

Grady's car is re-geared !!!

I have been behind him at Sebring and Daytona, and he keeps shifting at redline while I'm still holding a gear in the Fiat. The Fiat has shorter gearing than a 3.8/4.0RS and an even shorter R&P (4.3:1 vs. 3.8/4.0RS 3.88:1 vs GT3 3.44:1)

Grady's car is a great deal.

nah, with stock GT3 (NOT RS) gears, must shift into 2nd in t3, t7, t10, t13 to get maximum speed out of corners. 2:18's don't lie.

You guys are really making me feel inadequate with my puny 997S. I am going to have to fight the urge to go Greek and replace it with a GT3 or really **** off the wife and get an RS to keep up with Randy.

I gotta agree with Clarke here, providing the driver is skilled enough not to overbrake slowing the car to get it into 2nd, which many folks do....

Buy Grady's car (997.2 GT3), it is cheaper and keeps up with Randy's RS just fine. I changed my plan of getting an RS, decided to keep the normal GT3 in Florida as with Hooters it is faster than the RS with RA1's. And according to Gavin, with proper tire management the Hooters will last longer than the RA1. I am going to test that theory...

you have to downshift at the last possible moment to match up 2nd gear with your speed while you are braking but the launch out of the turns is amazing. no one will be able to stick on your tail.

when I am following others at Sebring I usually have to lift coming out of those 2nd gear turns so I dont rear-end them as the launch is so good.

When I shift into 2nd car is jerky. Much more smooth in 3rd. Only way to find out is back to back testing on traqmate.
