I would not start it in its current parking location. Rather, I would have it carried (flatbed) to a dealer and have the dealer change fluids and other required maintenance BEFORE starting the engine.

have the car towed to the dealer or porsche shop.
tires probably have flat spots
fuel has turned to sludge and need to be drained prior to start.
rodents could have chewed wire harnesses
pads and discs need to be inspected/cleaned
all fluids need to be changed
best to buy a new battery
Car needs to be started and warmed up, once parked again it will then reveal if the FMS or RMS have dried up and as result leak....
With 40k miles, being 2007, friend owned and parked for two years with no owner in sight it is safe to say the deal is too good to pass up.....

Concur with having a shop or dealer that knows the GT3 model carefully work it over.
As others said, slowly turning the crankshaft is best for this engine, before starting it.
Fuel going to varnish and various seals drying out on mechanicals are big concerns.
