What else has Izzone done to account for the 23hp difference vs Rad's pull? Is this down to differenet dynos on different days? Can't all be the Sports Cup system.

We can only compare same dynos. If you compare with Trakcar, numbers are close. Every car is different.
A 10hp difference can happen, but I still want to see Trakcar's car with a stock tune, or maybe a little richer A/F.

Unless the numbers all come from the same dyno, you can't compare numbers from one dyno to another one. They all give you different results. I learned this when I dyno tested a car on 3 different dyno's and saw a spread of 20% in hp from lowest to highest.

Dyno's should be considered tuning tools that allow you to see changes when you stick with one dyno. But don't consider the numbers to be absolute truths.

Was a "before" dyno run on Izzone's car at the same time?

Yes, we did a before and after. Pretty much the same thing up top, but made power across the power band.

So peak HP and TQ were the same for stock vs Sport Cup system but higher levels below peak?

Pretty sure that is from my now-sold Blue 3RS. Car was brand new, 100% OE when put on dyno, maybe 300 miles, so nowhere close to broken in.

Pretty much. ...and with correction factors, you can make a dyno spit out whatever number you want.
