I have found Fischer Hydraulik SS brake lines to be very predictable. I have had them on a variety of cars including Audi, Porsche and Lamborghini. In the latter case they were instrumental in earning a compliment from a certain test driver who was my passenger whilst I had to get a bit of a wriggle on.

In the US, the Ultimate Garage has been known to stock them.

Incidentally, because of the odd way these items are(were?) tested by US authorities, the best possible fitments (think Le Mans) are not deemed roadworthy in the US, so ask for the DOT legal fittings.

That's what I thought. No soft pedal for me.

Prospeed683 for me...no soft pedal. I also have the gt2 cup brake ducts and those helped along with better brake skills after some coaching. PFC pads did transfer more heat to the caliper than Pagids.

Stainless steel is great for street- protects against damage to pebbles/rocks possibly nicking rubber hoses. Good brake fluid is all u need. Cupcars run on rubber- very easy to find a leak. Mike

I was going to suggest StopTech but I don't see them listed for 997GT3's....

http://www.stoptech.com/products/sta...el-brake-lines

They do good on the .:R32, but obviously that's comparing apples to oranges...
