Beautiful wheels. I'd pick up a set if they came in 18.

Good choice Dell. So far so good with mine. They don't look half bad once fitted either

I have two set of those wheels - Black and Graphite. Lighter that the OEM centerlocks and "cheapish". Dell, you will love them

Can't wait to see the outcome of your TSB updates. Hopefully, we'll run into each other at a DE in '12.

Looking forward to it. Any chance to make it to VIR in '12?

what size tires do you plan to run on 8.5/12 rims? 245/315?

ps. i had similar rims in 8.5/11.5 and eventually sold them as i did not find 19" selection of r-comp dot rubber adequate for my needs. but if you will stick to hoosiers then you`ll be fine.

VIR is a definite for '12. Am planning on doing either PCA or Chin. I thinking late April or May.

Actually, I'm hoping to do an east coast run all the way to Watkins with a return thru Mid-Ohio. A reverse route mancation, if you will.

First Settlers Region puts on a great 3 day event in late May. It is a MUST attend!

stock tire sizes are 235/305 and they are not very optimal for 8.5/12 wide rims. 305 sits well on a 11" or 11.5" wide rim, look up any 305 tires specs.
12" rim takes well 315 or 335 rubber. either of them with 235 tire in front will result in understeer. i tried my car on 245/335 rubber and it did not work well at all, so i had to put 275 in front. you can do 245/315 or 255/315 which exists in R888 but i am not sure how well 255 tire will fit on 8.5 rim, it really wants 9", like on a cup car where it gets 9" front and 11" rear if i am not mistaken.
that is why essentially i sold my OZs in the end as for reasons i cannot comprehend they do not have 9" or 9.5" wide fronts.
