get a set of Champion RG5's or the equivalent Cargraphics ... also spend the $200 to get the GT2 rear anti-roll bar and bushings ... its a DIY install and is one of the cheapest suspension upgrades you can get ... and you WILL notice the difference!

Also install 997.2 rear brake ducts ...

I miss my Cobalt Blue GT3!!!

Merry Christmas

Larry, I'm pretty surprised at how overlooked the Champion RG5s are. Classic Y spoke centers. Super lightweight. Forged in Japan. GT3 specific sizing. Beautiful, durable finish.

I had a set on my '07 car ... they were excellent, looked GREAT, v.light & strong ...

I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat ...

they remove some "plastic" from the various connectors and thus improve the 'feel'/accuracy of the shift linkage... helps in avoiding 'money shifts' and overall improves the 'snickety'-ness of the shifter ... or so I have been led to believe as I have not had them installed.

search is your friend - its been discussed frequently on this forum...

it eliminates the plastic which becomes sloppy with use. Especially track use.

with 996 CUP cables the shifts are precise and slop free.

people have referred to them as a rifle bolt action type feel.

It is a mod every 997GT3 owner should have on the list after a couple of years of use.

Our World Challenge program has proven to be very successful and has taken the best racing technology developed on our World Challenge cup cars and refined it for the street.

Depending on what your goals are with the car, will determine what you should do and in what order.

Feel free to drop me an email and I will gladly make some suggestions as to what you should do.

My email is fabryce@gmgracing.com

On another note we are doing another GMG WC-GT3 equipped car this week and I will post the pictures of the car before and after shortly.

Shift's like butter. It won't prevent a money shift though. Mike
