2011 GT3 RS for sale/lease assumption (PRICE DROP)
#77
Yup, so true. I am fairly zen about such things (things happen for a reason, go with the flow). I truly think ownership of RS's will shake out soon and level off. The supply of them will dwindle because for owners like me, it is hard to let go. The demand will increase because it is such a special car (wouldn't hurt if the economy improved a bit too). While I don't think these cars will skyrocket in value, I think they will hold quite stable over the next couple years, making the cost of holding on to it a bit longer very minimal (I think the cost will basically equal many pads, rotors, and tires ).
You know when you really think about it, there should be a mandatory waiting period (like guns) before selling a car like this. Just enough time to realize what you are doing and smarten up!

LOL....! Now that is funny!!!!!!!! Yeah..., there should be a "volunteer panel of GT owners assembled" thread that reviews i.e-alter ego- the reasoning behind the sale of your GT2 / GT3 (RS)..., They would also qualify potential buyers!!!! talk about maintaing the value of "my precious"...
Merry Christmas !!!!

Thanks John for letting me know about your car a few weeks ago. Really appreciate the heads up, all the details and pictures you sent, and now am glad that you have decided to keep the car. It is a beauty and you obviously have enjoyed it since you've owned it.
What were you thinking of replacing your .2RS with?

Well, I don't have a plan. As you can see from this thread, I am still selling the car. It is a very hard decision as I like the car a lot. I'm trying to do the responsible thing.

Thanks for the heads up John. I just sent you a detailed PM and posted on your more recent thread. Hope we can work something out.
Here`s a link to my post when I first bought my 997.2 GT3 from a RL member from the US: https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...010-gt3-8.html. As you can see, it didn`t take too much time for us to complete the transaction. Would be looking to do the same.
