What you are seeing is a AL cover which I can drive/walk over and use as a table/work surface. The lift is a Bendpac with four articulating arms which can be positioned under the chassis lift points.

Here is a photo of the lift without the cover. The yellow arms with the round black pads can be positioned to the lift points on the car.

It's in a PVC pipe set in the slab.
