Nope, if the installer does it right, no bubbles at all. Clear-bra over decals - actually gives the decals a 3D like effect. In addition, don't have to worry about the decal edges when you wash, buff or wax the car. I have the clear-bra right over the decals on my RS 3.8, no bubbles or air pockets.

You will probably get your 4.0 before I do. Please post pictures of the clear bra when installed? What color did you get?

Xpel will chime in and give you the 411. I don't see the decals as a problem. Was looking at a RS 4.0 yesterday at the Rennsport Reunion and the decals are very thin. I don't see it as a problem.

I think on a white car you will be hard pressed to see the film over the decal. On darker colors on very close inspection you can see a hint of an outline due to the difference in height between the decal and the paint. I'm extremely **** about this type of thing and the this outline doesn't bother me at all. I will try to take a picture of my door sill which has a spyder decal on it.

I had the guys from Speedfilm here locally that did my car at Hennessy do the front clip........ the Nano film they use lays down so flat you cant even tell, and, it went around the decals without an issue at all. (Especially the GT3RS on the right fender top area).
