Eddie, congrats on the car! She will be a beauty as soon as you delete the decals

Drew, we need to step up our games if we ever dream of keeping these guys in our sights. Seems like everyone is getting .2s while we're stuck with .1

My god; with a garage stocked like that, how do you find the strength to show up to work every day...or do you? If I had a dream retirement, it would be your garage and a pass to all track days within 3 states.

I think you should work on the driver first from pit rumors I've heard Don't worry about me. I'm happy where I'm at.

So Eddie.

There has been discussion....

What is your hero lap in your GT2 and what do you expect out of this new car? Since you've had several new cars in the past month. Let me be more specific. The RS

Will you be able to beat your best GT2 time (loaded with cheater parts and boost) in the RS????

I love your new car, but I suspect you will have a hard time besting your GT2 if you leave the RS stock. Which of course we all know you won't so I guess it's a moot point

Well I didn't have much seat time on the GT2, I had around 6 events with it, and was still trying to set up the suspension. The car was constantly changing, due to tire wear, testing diff. suspension set up and so. When I sold the car the rear end was a little loose still, and of course I'm not a pro driver. That being said I got my best lap on the second event ever with the car which was a 2:21.1 with shot RA-1, but a little cooler weather. I know I had a lot left on the table.
Is the GT2 faster than the RS ? No doubt about it. If I will be faster on the .2 RS ? Don't know probably.
Power wise they were close. The GT2 had 465whp with a lot of torque, and the .2RS has around 430whp. I didn't dyno mine yet. Is def. lighter also.
So at this point only time will tell.

But what times would have Chris Hall done in a heavily modified GT2? If you've ever floored your car while being behind Eddie in the 2 while he was flooring his, there's a pretty big disparity.

Makes me feel ashamed of the times I'm running in the same car Then again I'm not a pro driver and I'm having "safe" fun. That's the important thing at the end of the day.
