We can do this in the Orlando / Central Florida area if anyone needs it done as well. We're at Sebring quite often as well and can arrange transport in our rig if necessary.

while we are in this topic... Is welding them necessary?

drilling and pinning seems like it would do the trick

That's what Sharkwerks did, this way for those of us who have warranty or CPO can still keep it. Welding voids any kind of warranty left on the car

Drilling and pinning, while I'm certain works, leaves me wondering if those points might develop a leak over time.

Drilling and pinning will prevent the inserts from being expelled, but it's no guaranty that coolant won't leak eventually.

yep, it certainly could develop a leak, albeit a not so catastrophic one

I had the same warranty concerns...
we are set up to do either at our shop
on my personal car I need to go the pin route to protect the cpo

I assume pinning and welding similar costs due to labor. My car still has 1 more yr cpo. May wait. However mine and many other dealerships lately havebeen voiding all of my claims because of track duty. Any shops in Fl experienced in doing the pin option?

+1 for Mike at TuneRSmall, great shop. They have helped me out on and off track a few times. Great track, very fair priced.
