The 962's were truly amazing, especially the white "new" model for sale ... where is my fortune when I need it?

The last race with the 996/7 cup cars was amazing ... for the number of "offs" ...

the whole day was tremendous ... cant wait till it returns to the West Coast!

Yeah ... I think I will keep them stock, in case I pop the OEM titanium silver wheels back on the car ... you know when I get the 991 PDK (soccer mom edition) GT3!

I know... in my defense I got there at like 7am (on 3 hours sleep having watched qualifying) and it was literally the first car I saw. I just oogled it a bit, stuck some biz cards on Kermit and then proceeded to run around like a headless chicken soaking it all in. What a collection of cars. The best part was there was NO Italian trash....

actually there was a pretty stunning white/black 458 tooling around the paddock ... looked pretty nice!

... I am now washing my mouth out with soap and water ...

Sorry our path's did not cross Larry, would have been great to meet! I pretty much parked the car and hung around the race paddock. Everytime I came back to the 4.0 I was mobbed (well, hit up with enthusiasts) which was frankly bizzarre to me.

Alex! I wore my Sharky shirt one day while there and bought some R3 at Mothers! Didn't even notice one of the GT3's was a Sharky car, they had a variety of tasty rides parked there. Dang

Ditto, wandered around in a sensory overload daze (a la headless chicken). What an amazing event. Wow. The ultimate thrill for any Porsche nut.
