At least according to Porsche the 2010 GT3 is faster than a 997.1 Turbo between 100-200 km/h. From real life experience I can say that the F430 is not. The difference is probably small though.
If you take a quick look around for dyno reuslts of F430s and 2010 GT3s (I know, not same place, dyno and conditions, so not really comparable, but pretty much all runs I've found are pretty close) you can see that both cars seems to get results in the 390-400 whp range, and the GT3 is a few kgs lighter.
All in all, it's probably a VERY close race.

Both are modified but above 120 the F-car does have much less drag...

Thankfully it's not a Ferrari! If it was, it'd cost $300K - and to earn the privilege of buying a new one, you'd first be required to "develop a relationship" with the dealer by buying a used one...

Quarter mile trap speed is a good indicator of straight line speed/power. 997.2 GT3's reportedly trap about 118-119mph, 430's about 119-121mph. Some tests do show faster (and slower) trap speeds for both cars, however.
A possible 2-3mph trap speed difference is not enormous, but it is significant. A 50hp advantage is only worth about 2-3mph in the quarter, so the trap speeds and claimed hp for both cars are likely accurate. The 430 has a torque advantage too, but it does weigh a bit more than the GT3.
Fwiw, my 430 does feel quicker than my old 997.1 GT3, most noticeably in low-mid range acceleration, which makes sense considering the over half-liter engine displacement advantage. That said, I thought my GT3 was very quick for its power and I never felt like it needed more speed.
