it will probably spontaneously combust in true Ferrari style and need replacing after a week or two in any case...

Ferrari branded ANYTHING is the ultimate form of uncool. (Cars included, when used for this purpose.)

I went to one of those vertu store in las Vegas. Boy do they claim it's not a phone but a piece of jewelry and art all in one. What a load of crap. Mike

Now I'm at my desktop and see the pic. Normally in these instances I say If you've got money to burn, sure why not, get it.... But here I'd say I would probably actually burn the money before being seen with something like that (that cost 11K!). But then I don't buy fancy clothes, watches, or perfume (yes, that's what cologne is) either.

Thanks all for your comments and really respects all opinions,

What do you think guys when someone driving a normal car that will cost him 20,000 USD and he tried to visit this forum or watch one of us driving his 150,000USD in the street, what he will say ?

He will say the same thing most of you said, not crazy to buy, or buy a z350 much cheaper and donate the remaining money to someone that might change his whole life.

WE are crazy porsche, ferrari, aston martin ...etc owners to spend these money on these cars and it is even worse when we go to the track and burn our tyres for nothing!!!

I bought my 2010 GT3 last year, I tracked it twice and I am happy with it, I dream about the 458 but it is very expensive to me and I cannot use it as daily driving like my GT3, also the running cost is very expensive.

Why we have Rolex, Brietling when you can just buy Casio that will do the job,

At the end it depends on how you live and how much is your income.
We respect engineering and technology as porsche owners and we love perfection.

You cannot compare 150,000 USD WITH 11,000 USD!!!,
150,000 can let someone buy a house for his family and secure them

Thanks all for your comments and we really want to think about poor people and care about our planet and at the end let us pray for those in hospital beds since long time and they dream just to walk.

your gt3 does a specific job that 99% of cars cannot do at any price. if you regularly have this job to do, then the gt3 will reliably accompany you throughout most of your life, thus proving to be of good value.
350z can't do 'this' job.
rolex, pp, pam, etc will also prove to be good value when you can pass it on to your kids, and they to theirs.
a cell phone is virtually obsolete when you take it out of the box. how many phones have you gone through, and what happens to the old ones? i throw cell phones out when i replace them. they are disposable like toothbrushes. wherever you decide to spend $11k, you will be happy to get longetivity, even if it's just a night out with 5 hookers, you'll keep the memories forever.
