Take off creamic rotors and put on steel

Sell ceramic to someone who likes that type of brakes

you will have more than enough money to get steel after selling the ceramics

Two RS's have been totaled at Sebring (that I know of) at Sebring this year. Both on Hoosiers / ceramic brakes and "claimed" ice mode.......Ive NEVER had ice mode on my brakes

Randy, if I sell ceramics, then I have to put ceramics back on the car when I sell it. That would suck....

Mike, Let me know about the wheel situation. Whatever company you pick, lets buy them together and maybe get a deal. Also, what roll cage did you recommend again?

I was stuck on 18's, but with talking to people, looks like the R-Compound choices are waning. More choices with 19's now. Thanks for the recommendation on the cage. Ill look into it.

Came with the sport seats. I want to get rid of them so fast. All I keep dreaming about is GT2 Buckets. I drool every time I see them....

I still want those seats though. Car is only driven on weekends, and track days. I WANT THOSE BUCKETS!

I have sharkwerks and love it. The cool thing about sharkwerks is that you can use different kinds of tips, custom ones, or even re-use the stock tips... and that Alex was great to work with. The X-pipe and GMG have large tips that are integral to the bypass pipes so can't re-use stock tips or swap in custom ones, and it will also be trickier to install some kind of silencing device if you were to visit a track with sound restrictions on the X-pipe and GMG bypass.

GMG is out of there mind with pricing.....$7800 for 19"!!!! and not much less than that for 18". I like their wheels a whole lot but do not want to finance their race team...geesh. I asked for better pricing and gave them the prices I was getting from other company's but the conversation stopped there.

OZ Forged is $5300...not too bad and a real nice wheel

Forgeline 3pc forged race wheels are priced even better and it's looking like I am going with those.

Clubsport roll bar is around $4000 but the RSS roll bar that also mounts to shock towers and welds and screws into the floor is about half that at $2400. The GMG roll bar is also $2400 but connects to the seat belt anchors.

Yeah, wheel choices for us center lock folk is pretty thin. With that being said, there is a certain price point that I wont exceed for track wheels. Leaning towards the forgeline as I really like that design. If not, then OZ is perfectly fine. I will probably get cast though, since i had zero problems with my previous oz wheels.
