Rennline jack points on, Mac tie downs and direct hook kit on order, and brake controller getting fixed tomorrow morning.

Thanks for all the good advice here.

And you've put a 600 horsepower turbodiesel in the E van, right?

Rennline Tie Down Kit + Mack Tie Downs + Race Ramps + Featherlite 3110 = TOWING BLISS

I know because that's what I used for 2+ years, and never had 1 single issue.

Go with the 6' straps, from what I noticed when we tied down your car the first time.

From the pictures it looks like my straps are a bit too long for your set up.

I might add the importance of using a weight distribution hitch. To me they are a necessity. I used a weight distribution hitch on this same trailer and it handled so much better than without one.

Also you might want to add the spare tire mount to the trailer and add the spare tire. They are very convenient and a spare is important to have. Also get rid of the cheap Chinese crap tires and put Goodyear Marathon tires on. Then sell the crap tires that came on the trailer.

I just picked up a 22' Featherlite 3110, when you load your GT3 do you need to use the Raceramps? if so what height do you have? Thanks

I have the TR-5 and they work great. I actually didn't even try without them.

Totally off topic here but I can't help but think that the pics of your van/trailer are sitting right in front of my dad's old condo in Carlsbad. Mind PM'ing the address, I'm very curious.

Gorgeous car, BTW, and great trailer. I had one for a short time and it was stolen from me. Make sure you store it safely. I used it to tow my GT3 from Phx to Cal Speedway and back.... they tow really nicely.
