Was there for a 6 dollar part. But:

Saw the dark silver GT2RS on the floor at Pioneer Porsche in San Diego.

It seems to be "pre-owned" - some sort of story about a guy buying it and his wife freaking out.

Anyway - I think it was 211k or so.

211k? When i was there sticker was 250 and change and salesdude said "first 260 takes it."

This was the same guy who a few weeks before seemed incapable of chatting with me about cars unless it was to sell me one. Earlier i had spoken to M. Bang, and just before pulling the trigger on my green RS went in again to see if he could answer some questions cause he had been helpful. Bang didn't seem to care that their birch RS was not the color for me, and in any case 190 was way more than i planned to pay for an RS. Well, he wasn't in and this other guy was over the top obnoxious.

I asked about work there (always thought about selling cars - the hours, etc - since I live and breathe them) - and the one I was talking so says "Luckily we are out of here at 7"

The place was empty. Salesman playing solitaire on their computers.

Maybe a slow day. But Where's the passion?
