Hi All,
I have a new Aqua Blue 2011 GT3 RS that I picked up from Park Place Porsche in Dallas back in January. I'll submit pictures and a detailed description shortly.
In my infinite wisdom, I accidentally misplaced one of the manuals that comes with the car, specifically the Maintenance manual.
I've had a difficult time getting the proper part number to reorder this manual. Two different dealers have given me part # WKD 901 123 11. But this lumps all the Sports Cars (911, Cayman, Boxster) together. The Maintenance manual that came with my car had a red 997.2 GT3 on the cover, and if I remember correctly, was specific to just the GT3 and GT3 RS. I could be wrong, as it has been out of sight for almost a month.
If any of you 2011 GT3 RS owners could check to see if you have this same Maintenance manual (with a red 997.2 GT3 on the cover), I'd love to know the part # and the printing date. Maybe even a picture if it's not too much trouble. I'd greatly appreciate it!
I've been pulling my hair out from the lack of success in simply replacing a manual. Hence my turning to RL.
Thanks!

Jeff try to order:
WKD 901 323 11 or WKD 901 323 10.
These two should be the correct, GT3 specific, maintenance manuals for B markets in US English. (US is a B market)
the 901 123 series are the generic ones for "sports cars" and the 901 323 are for the GT3s.
For example WDK 901 323 08 is the correct part # for a '08 GT3.
Hope that helps.

Hey 911SLOW,
Thanks for the tip. I do see in PET that WDK 901 323 08 is the proper part # for a 2008 GT3. Therefore it would make sense that removing the 08 and adding either a 10 or an 11 would be correct for a 2010 or 2011 GT3. Unfortunately, those come up as bad part numbers.
We have ordered WDK 901 123 10 however, as this came up as "Sports Cars incl. GT3 (Guarantee - and) Maintenance." I'm a little skeptical however, until I see it in the flesh.
Horstair - I still have the Owner's Manual, what I was looking for was the Maintenance Manual. Thanks for looking though!
If there's still anyone out there with a 2011 RS that could check what their Maintenance Manual part # is, that'd be great.
Thanks guys!
Jeff

2010 Owner's Manual
part number: WKD 997 921 10
as of 12/09
Warranty and Customer Information
Model Year 2010
part number: PNA 900 123 10
as of 9/09
You could try just incrementing the part number. I'm guessing the online parts system will show the associated part number for a 2011. Good luck!
