Default 2007 GT3 TRANSFORMATION

The joy of ownership of this beautiful machine never stops.....

Would like to thank you all here for the countless threads in helping me decide which route and mods to go with to make this GT3 personalized to my tastes.

BIG THANX go out to MOOTY and CARRERA GT for bearing with me for all the countless questions and a SPECIAL THANX to CARRERA GT for supplying me with the GT3 clubsport seats (which were practically new) and for the NEW/DS OEM RS wing...... These two guys practically help me build my baby!!!!

Anyways.....please join me here and take a tour of my modding enjoyment.

I acquired this 2007 GT3 November 2010 with only 2200 miles:

First mod was GT3 clubsport seats:

Next was AKRAPOVIC SPORTS CUP Exhaust from my friends at SONIC MOTORSPORTS in MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA

Next was the OZ RACING Ultraleggera wheels

7000 miles later RS Wing with painted endplates and side mirrors.....

Decided to add the side graphics to add a little spice to the look. Graphics from Kyle at K1 studios in San Diego (Porsche Stripes | Porsche Graphics | Porsche Decals | Porsche Vinyl | Porsche Stickers) and were installed by my boy Vince @ OMEGA Tintwerks in Pleasanton, CA.

Removed RS WING and added CUP WING. Permission granted from Nakai and Toshi to be part of Rauh-Welt and to run the banner

Nice mods, your car turned out great and I'm not even a fan of red wheels but they look perfect on there

SINISTER - Yeah... the moddiing bug hit hard!!!!!

JENK - It took 6 years to finally get a 2007 GT3.... wish I was a baller like a lot of you guys here.... so I have to live vicariously through a lot of you guys here whenever new models come out!!!!!

I had white with black wheels on a few of my vehicles before, but now everyone and their mom is doing it..... It's a GT3 so I decided to go with this lok. It was either the GUARDS RED or TAKATA GREEN. You know the outcome.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanx for the praises and support guys!!!!

Ok. I hate to be nosey but I have to ask. What did the wing and seats cost? I'm jealous.

Nicely done!

Can you elaborate on the Akra exhaust? OEM cats and side mufflers delete, right? Loud?
