regular air for me, with all the airing up and down, it does not matter what is put in at the start as Nitrogen not available at the track nor any gas stations on the way home....

Agree 100%. I tried 32/34 (no good, rear too loose), 30/32 (no good, rear still loose) then 29/31 (better, but could feel rear grip as limiting factor) then 29/30 and it was perfect.

On R6's, 30/32 hot. I imagine more advanced drivers might add another pound or two to the back, but personally the tail gets too greasy for my comfort beyond 33-34psi.

Explains why I felt less than anchored last month when running at Phillip Island (fast track) on a 27oC day... I was aiming for 33/35psi hot on MPSC (per technicians on hand) and the **** end was greasy whilst the front end felt lazy on the turn in towards the apex in terms of grip... I will try bleeding down closer to 30psi next time round... Live and learn... Thanx fellas

fwiw, on dry/wet days I run PS2s and during the dry sessions run then at 36/38psi hot with good results...

Nitrogen for me. Dryer air = less press variation.
