Default 997 clubsport roll cage FIA papers?

Anybody have or know of paperwork stating the clubsport roll cage meets FIA standards?
My german is rusty and i do not know who to contact at porsche motorsports for documentation to state my roll bar is FIA approved.

I need approval for something i am thinking about doing with the car.........

i had a feeling you would be the one to know!

i have the 997.1 cage, but im going to buy a 997.2 front for the additional door bar so im PCA legal. So both would be nice.

I can run my RS in PCA stock class using the clubsport package as long as it is FIA approved and optioned by Porsche.

Then it's all good, make sure that the shop that sells it, includes the certificate.
It comes with every cage.

If they don't I 'll find you a copy and hope that they 'll accept it.

Thanks!
The cage was imported by FVD, however the shop that installed it probably discarded the paperwork or it was not present in the shipment from FVD.....

if you dig anything up it would be greatly appreciated.

Searched my computer but I can't find the DMSB/FIA approval for the 7.1 cage.
I found the one for the mk1 GT3 and I have the original from the 2004 GT3..

Too many files and not good enough organizational skills.

I 've asked Gert maybe he has kept a copy from one of the cages he sold.

Gert told me that the cages come without the papers. Very strange.

Perhaps they are not DMSB approved anymore? Maybe after IVM changed hands? I don't know.

You could try to contact the manufacturer directly and ask for the DMSB certificate, but bear in mind they are not very helpful on the telephone..

Semcon / IVM Bad Friedrichshall GmbH
Bergrat-Bilfinger-Straße 5
74177 Bad Friedrichshall
Phone +49 7136 9990

The part numbers for the cage are:

rear : 997 580 986 02 superseded to 05

Were you happy with FVD? Any recommendations for when I purchase my rollbar?

Tom - if you need, my 997.2 CS cage should be arriving in the next week or so to Fordahl in Seattle. As I mentioned to you at the track, I can get that scanned or just sent over to you. I'll PM you my e-mail address.
