Finally got a second set of rims for trackdays . Here they are :

i am thinking about getting these (and center lock conversion) for my 997.1 orange RS too!

Think they would look great on an orange 7gen 1 RS. In black?

They are sweet wheels ... but I thought that when they were released they were priced around their weight in gold?

Yeah. it was the price that put me off when they were released. These are 'pre-owned' and were the set that was on that white car that was pic'd early doors. Guy sold his car and new owner didn't want a second set of rims. Got 'em with half worn MPSCs and TPM system. Woop-woop!!

Ah, yes Larry. Should have said. Had Fearnsport do the fitting check. The inside rim was 2mm clear of the spring!!

Trackday since and have just taken the rims off and had a good look around. No interference by rim/spring or tyre to arch or liner. So all good.

You might want to send the breaker bar over in advance too. You'll never get it through in hand luggage!!!

HA!!
