Mike, that's a lot of tire, surely contributes to your body roll issues?

GT3 sway bars + shorter, stiffer springs (hard to tell from the avatar pic how low you are) = cheap improvement.

Sorry Randy, incredible customer service indeed.

Same thing happened on 245/40/18 and 305/35/18...it's the grippy Toyo RA1 and/or R888's I believe.

Sport PASM is lowered from regular PASM, but yeah springs that were a touch shorter and stiffer would help and probably not affect the stock shocks and GT3 adjustable sways.

Sorry Randy to hi-jack here.....I'll give Gavin a call or stop by his place in a few weeks when I'm in Ft. Myers.

I can also vouch for Gavin. His knowledge about setup and mods for GT3's and RS are second to none. I'll be having him install a sequential shifter in a few weeks. He's been a tremendous help to me.

There's a lot to be said for a "lowly" 997S giving all those GT3s a run for their $$. A nice sleeper

Orbit hands down, talk to Rodger, probably one of the most knowledgeable guys around. Provides great service and without trying to sell you everything that you DON'T need.

Gavin's a nice guy. I did a "track walk" with him a few months ago at Sebring. He definitely knows what he's doing.

So how does it work with his shop being so far away from you? Is there a travel fee for the techs or something, and do they come equipped with all the tools/parts they'll need?

Thanks guys for all the nice comments about Gavin. I may be slightly biased, but I agree with you all. He is a really nice guy who is an expert at driving and setting up a GT3 or GT3 RS. His techs also do some pretty amazing work with tireless intent on doing a job right. Together they make quite a team. Gavin is so passionate about the cars and driving that he loves to talk with anyone to help quide them in making the best decisions when it comes to setting up a GT3, regardless of if he is doing the work or not.

Amy is this you? If so...HI! Although I have a lowly 2009 Carrea S you know that I am a track rat and if Gavin would make some suggestion to me that would be great. I do need to do the rear toe links so that my rear toe stays put. I have business down in Ft. Myers in a few weeks so I'll call and drive the car down and say hello to you all.
