It was fun keeping up with Randy, and I know this will probably be the last time I can ride his rear bumper I know you guys got more used to the cars, I will head to Homestead this weekend (my local track) to really see what the car is capable of
with that kind of traffic you can ride the rear bumper of a ALMS GT3 RSR.

It's not like he was going through the traffic and I was driving the HOV lane

Yea I didn't realize people in the blue group were driving that slow. It usually pretty smooth with chin and people giving passes early enough where there aren't any trains

+1. Seems like with SAFE people do not point by that well and with no passing in the corners the laps can get really slow. That is why I don't do SAFE events.

You looked great to me. What a track. I thought you handled the speed and balance well through the turns. A couple of times it looked liked you hit the apex a little early, but other than that great job.

Thanks Jay! Yeah I do get some early apexes sometimes... It'll get better when I grow more confident with the car.

It was mostly the packs of miatas that were the problem. I know they like driving together and I don't blame them for that. I'm sure it's much more interesting battling it out with cars that are essentially evenly matched.

However, I consistently kept coming up on groups of 4-6 of them. Made it nearly impossible to get by. They weren't pointing each other by so you essentially had to wait for a long straight for them to pull off to the side one at a time.

Still a great day nonetheless. Good times. Next time I'm bringing the set of CCW's with RA1's that have been stacked in the garage for a month.
